Sighs...shopping. *happy dreamy look*

Mayy loves Durians!

Such an Asian fruit. The KING of fruits. The KING of KINGS. They can be used in so many different types of food. And on its own, amazing. I was contemplating as to how I can title this post, either Completely Random or that. I chose Mayy loves Durians because the love affair will never cease and if I ever have anything Durian or Durian-flavoured, it can come under this eh? Look at that yellow creamy flesh. So packed full of flavour. Bitter and sweet. It sure fills you up fast though.

Photos credits: mayydiaries.blogspot.com The green thorns and smell may put you off, but it sure gets me excited all the time. I love the process of going down to choose the durians to tasting to getting my fingers deep in yellow cream to bringing it home and have the dog follow me to the ends of Earth when she knows I have durian. She is as big a fan as I am. My favourite is currently Mao Shan Wang and they don't come cheap. One such good durian can easily cost up to SGD40. I remembered when I was younger, I liked the sweet kind. Now all I ask for is the bitter and thick creamy ones...

Haven't had the durian craving for awhile now. But I remembered wanting durian every single month for the past couple of years when I first came to Perth. Felt like I was a pregnant lady craving for something. Worse still when I had a bad one and the craving became worse. Oops.

What is your relationship with durians? Love it? or Hate it?

I am procrastinating on my work. Supervisor just came and told me I should switch my presentation slides around and thinking about cutting down on some information. So here's a random post on one of the car brands I love: Porsche. Don't you just love that sweet signature rear-end of the Porsches?
That's the one I saw outside Orchard Parade Hotel, Singapore. A matte black coloured one. First matte colour I saw and I fell in love with Porsches again. Photo credits: somewhere on Google as I have kept this in my photobank for years now. Look at that gorgeous sunset and mountaineous view. Ahhhh, wouldn't that be a luxury if I get to drive to such a sunset in such a sweet car?

This was my wallpaper on my old laptop for awhile. She really embodies what a Porsche is to me. So sexy, sassy and smart with this hint of cheekiness. Sally is the cutest Car in Cars!

Mayy's Closet #16

Ahhh, mid-week, the smell of the weekend looms near. My presentation in on Friday and as abnormal as any student can be, I AM SO EXCITED to present on Contracting Theory for 40 minutes. That's right, 4. 0. FORTY! Anyway, I am done with my meetings for the day and before I head back home to critique more literature. A closet post.

Photos credits: mayydiaries.blogspot.com
The focus is obviously on the Roxy maroon kaftan. I got that from a magazine promotion, Dolly or Girlfriend in Australia? Yes, that's when I buy magazines, when I like what they are giving away for that month. This kaftan may not be of the best material after a few washes already. But I still do my best to preserve it. It's now back in Singapore and I wore it over my bikini when I head to the beach or the pool on a resort/cruise vacation.

I like this kaftan because of its bohemian influence and billowy sleeves. Just wear a white (if you are not feeling so dark) or black tanktop with leggings or shorts. Pair that with a brown belt to define the waist/hips (as if any girl wants to define the hips HA HA HA). You are ready to rock the gold/brown flat sandals for a date with the girlfriends or looking half-way decent on a summer vacation. I chose this closet post because I looked like that today morning, not enough sleep yet still having the energy to come across as semi-alright. YAWN.

The semester proves to be challenging and looks to be even more jam-packed with new prospects on the horizon. Not that I am complaining because I know at the end of it all, it is for my own good! Goodness me, I am turning into my mother.

Mayy loves Cupcakes!

Which girl doesn't love cupcakes? Here's the first of Mayy loves Cupcakes! blog post. I wouldn't be surprised if I add more parts to it. I absolutely adore them. Eating them, sure. But the beauty of them all always takes my breath away. And for those of you creating these lovelies. I salute you, don't stop please and continue to make me a happy girl? As readers, I do hope you will share with me all your lovely cupcake photos and I will post them up when you send them through to mayydiaries@hotmail.com! These 2 brightly coloured cupcakes with the quirky tomatoes icing figurines are made for an Indian wedding in year 2008 held in Jurong Bird Park. I was helping to set the place up for the wedding, the decor was pretty special I must say. What an experience! Guests got to take home a special cupcake each. All of them different.

Cupcakes from Crystal Jade, in particular these were taken from Ngee Ann City branch. I love all their designs, especially the snowflake ones here for Christmas. Their CNY special cupcakes are mahjong tiles designs! Super cute! I will do my best to find picture of that. A cookies and cream cucpake from Breadtalk in Paragon. I will tell you that THIS IS YUMMY. Photos credits: mayydiaries.blogspot.com

These are from Gloria Jeans Singapore in Raffles City. SUPER SWEET, but well worth the sugar rush for me!

They all brighten any day up for me. The look, just buying them, YUMS!!! How much do you like cupcakes?

Shoestopper #24

Hello there. How was your weekend? I hope your Monday blues had also come and pass you by, even better if you didn't catch any of it! I realized I havent done any shoe-stopping post in awhile so here's one for the day! That's my controversial Aldo wedges I got nearly a year ago in Singapore, ION Orchard. Can't believe it has been that long! I bought her for about SGD65 during the sales period. I thought it was a real snag! We all know how comfortable Aldo shoes are and that price is just a bargain for it. Why controversial, you may ask? Well, my mother hates it. But some of my friends, me included love it. Mum thinks it's the ugliest thing I can buy at SGD65 apparently. HAHA. For me, I like the metallic colour as it is really quite easy to match it with. With pants, short dresses in summer, maxi dresses in autumn, maxi skirts for a daytime jaunt.

Photos credits: mayydiaries.blogspot.com

Sure, the dark wood wedges may be a little hard to swallow at first. BUT, when you find out after a day of shopping on the first time you wear it, or spent 12 hours in uni with it, and YOU DONT GET NO BLISTERS, you fall in love with it over and over again. The wedges are unbelievably solid and stable. I must say they are not the lightest one around but I don't mind. The soles are also wonderfully comfortable with the slightest cushion to make you feel like you are NOT feeling those hard wood the wedges are made of.

I get this sense of invincibility whenever I put them on. Who does not love an extra boost of confidence on any day at all? So tell me, do you LOVE it or HATE it?

M's Food Find #31

It's been such a mentally exhaustive day until I got a bbm from Charlene about dinner tonight. So in a bid to be less lazy, I agreed even though I was so tired and just left my work. Showered and dressed in record time, grab my bag and keys and hopped into Jesse. Drove down to Willeton to pick her up. We initially wanted to go down to Ipoh Garden at Canning Highway, Applecross. When we were walking down towards it, we spotted a nicely lit brown sign and a buzzing italian restaurant across the road.

Being the curious person I am, I said we will just go over for a look. We headed in and decided on eatng there. Left our name with the Italian mama at the front, and waited for less than 10/15 minutes before we got our table. No reservations can be made which is fair I suppose.

Spaghi Ristorante Italiano, just at the Canning Highway start into Applecross and near the Raffles sailing club.

The number for you if you've got queries. The address is 888 Canning Highway, Applecross, WA 6153.

We were seated at the top near the bar where people could wait for their turn. Very smart idea. Anyway, the ambience was really lovely and relaxed. We did not feel like anyone was being rushed, the lights were nice and warm. It was crowded but we could all still have our conversations quite nicely. Wonderful, quite different from Ciao Italia. Perhaps a more upmarket sort of feel. Most people dressed up for a meal here.

This is where we were seating, with the open concept kitchen and a woodfired pizza oven firing up at the back. We were there at about 6ish/7pm, early diners here! The people also kept streaming in but the turnovers were pretty fast.

The menu.
Entree. We didn't get any, but the second one looked really good! I cannot wait to go back for it.

Pasta courses, I ordered the first one and Char the fourth. I am just so excited to read that there are heart-shaped, star-shaped, sunflower-shaped pasta!

The dessert menu which is separate. We ordered the first one but I cannot wait to head back to try the tiramisu and the pizza dolce. Unfortunately, they didn't have a daily special that day.

My pasta dish. It was quite salty but the portion was just right. I managed to finish it and I wished there was more of the asparagus. I really liked the sauce too.

The stuffed sunflower shaped pasta! The cheese filling was so good.

Charlene was craving for broccoli so she got this. Very light and healthy. She couldn't finish it but still I felt the dish was not overloaded.

Photos credits: mayydiaries.blogspot.com
THE DESSERT! Rum baba cake with the sundae. We were really just curious with the rum baba cake. It was a round piece of sponge cake soaked through with rum. The taste of rum is so strong so you will like it only if you are a fan. If not, I would rather you order something else. The crushed nougat in the ice cream was super yummy too. Wish there were more generous sprinkling of crushed nougat.

With a bottle of spring water, the bill came up to $63. I guess that is a pretty fair price at a place like this with good food. I am already planning for a second visit! Cannot wait to try the other stuff. I really enjoyed my first visit with such wonderful service too and a whole of eye candies - hot chicks and hot guys. Yummy. Hahahaha. If you are looking for somewhere new to go to, here's one for you! But don't head down when you are starving because you will have to wait. It's gotta be a nice relaxed night. Like tonight, with a favourite girlfriend, catching up and a whole lot of familiar smiles and laughter.

Till my next food find, Mayy xo

P.S. Let me know how your experience was at Spaghi's if you do visit! Tell me what you ordered and if it is any good!

Mayy's Closet #15

I had been tottering around in wedges for the past couple of weeks and the choices of outfits were mainly more of the casual pants style. Although the weather had been insanely hot, the pants still did not cause me much perspiration thankfully. I can't be wearing my halters and dresses for my classes all the time, and especially not for my tutoring ones.

So here we go, the post features my Zara beige pants/jeans. It is smart casual, I guess. Jeans without coming across as casual. I think it is really because of the colour and the material.

For a casual look in summer, I always cuffed them to about 3/4 and pair with a black/grey top. Quite standard. But somehow, I still really like it. This black Roxy top has been with me for really quite a long time (6 years?) and I don't think I have worn it more than 10 times. Always in pristine condition, and I like the gold print on it.

Photos credits: mayydiaries.blogspot.com
This one is paired with another Zara item, the puffed sleeve top which is the first one I bought of the style. Leopard print-ish? What do you think? When I went shopping once with Annaand she met me when I was in the changing room already, I came out and showed her the top I was trying on. She went, I like the top but not the pants. Well babe, the pants are mine! Haha. I bought the pants because I wanted something practical and comfortable and not too casual when I started my internship. Depending on how you dressed it, it can look very formal. So there we go, a pair of practicality hangs in my wardrobe of many unpracticalities.

Jar of Hearts

I know I can't take one more step towards you
Cause all that's waiting is regret
And don't you know I'm not your ghost anymore
You lost the love
I loved the most

And I learned to live, half alive
And now you want me one more time

And who do you think you are?
Runnin' round leaving scars
Collecting your jar of hearts
And tearing love apart
You're gonna catch a cold
From the ice inside your soul
So don't come back for me
Who do you think you are?

I hear you're asking all around
If I am anywhere to be found
But I have grown too strong
To ever fall back in your arms

And I learned to live, half-alive
And now you want me one more time

Who do you think you are?
Runnin round leaving scars
Collecting your jar of hearts
And tearing love apart
You're gonna catch a cold
From the ice inside your soul
So don't come back for me
Who do you think you are?

Dear, it took so long just to feel alright
Remember how to put back the light in my eyes
I wish I had missed the first time that we kissed
Cause you broke all your promises

And now you're back
You don't get to get me back

Who do you think you are?
Runnin' round leaving scars
Collecting your jar of hearts
And tearing love apart
You're gonna catch a cold
From the ice inside your soul
So don't come back for me
Don't come back at all

And who do you think you are?
Runnin round leaving scars
Collecting your jar of hearts
And tearing love apart
You're gonna catch a cold
From the ice inside your soul
Don't come back for me
Don't come back at all

Who do you think you are?

Who do you think you are?

Who do you think you are?

I just received a letter from one of my girlfriends, Marsha in Melbourne. She enclosed a very early birthday gift for me, a pair of white stilettos earrings. I love it, it's so gorgeous. But being not a fan of ribbons, I removed that bits off. So anyway, it reminded me of this teeshirt from the brand Terranova. I found it in Cebu, Philippines and I was just ecstatic. The brand, I mean. Because I remembered when I was younger, Terranova was actually in Singapore too then they had a closing down sale. Gosh, I was so upset. I love this brand. Please, if anyone from the brand is reading this, hear my plea. Singapore missed you! Rethink your global strategy! Haha.

Anyway, back to the teeshirt, I liked the caption, so clever. I even tried it on, but I could not bring myself to like those ribbons. Wayy too cutesy for me. So I didn't buy it. I did buy another one...but we will blog about it soon. So ribbons on teeshirts yay or nay for you?

It is Friday, sings Rebecca Black. Oh my god, she is annoying but apparently my facebook notifications are full of friends doing the gotta gotta thing on their statuses, photo albums...even tweeting. Gosh. So my point is, how's your friday going? As you can tell, I am having a night in with my laptop. I have had a most unproductive day but spent it well on the social side of things. Here's a closet post, no not on what I wore today but well yeah. Just felt like it and coz I gotta coz it's Friday, Friday, Friday. HAH.

I bought this yellow dress from Best & Less kids section as I felt it was really reflective of spring and I wore it out to watch the Red Bull Air Race in the city one weekend with Anna a couple of years back. Paired it with leggings coz well, it was still abit chilly and the dress is a bit sheer. Looking back at it now, I do like the frills and the dress quite abit but unfortunately I have passed it on to someone else. Only ever wore it that one time. I guess I was being insecure about how fat I looked in it. I liked it hanging on the hanger but it just never translated to whenever I put it on. So I thought let's not waste a perfectly pretty dress.

Oh wells, lucky I have this photo to remember it by. Do you have any outfits that remind you of one specific occasion? I do, I have quite a few since some of them I only wore once so far and the times I wear them are always memorable in one way or the other...

Smile

Smile though your heart is aching
Smile even though it's breaking
When there are clouds in the sky, you'll get by
If you smile through your fear and sorrow
Smile and maybe tomorrow
You'll see the sun come shining through for you

Light up your face with gladness
Hide every trace of sadness
Although a tear may be ever so near
That's the time you must keep on trying
Smile, what's the use of crying?
You'll find that life is still worthwhile
If you just smile

That's the time you must keep on trying
Smile, what's the use of crying?
You'll find that life is still worthwhile
If you just smile

Just had a barbecued hot dog and onions in a bun with sauce from the usual Wednesday guild bbq. Paid a dollar towards the Japan relief fund as I am not a guild member. I still think it is worth it. Been craving for it for the longest time ever. Anyway, now that I am done with all the bread and meat... I feel like having some sweets. Looking through my photobank, I remembered this Tiramisu Cheesecake. Can anyone tell me what this brand is? The chef logo is unmistakable. I know you can find it in Cold Storage and places around Singapore and they sell the lightest and one of the best Japanese cheesecake around. I love it. Please leave a comment and tell me! I would love to know.

Mid-week in, the workload remains as much. Here's hoping this weekend will be efficient and effective. Meanwhile, here's a blogpost while I procrastinate and reminisce about how chillax life was 2 years ago...or even 1 year ago.

I am not sure how clear this photo shows the dress I was wearing. It is from Supre (AUD15) and made out of pretty thick knitted/wool cloth material. It also resembles a pinafore somehow and I am sure you can style it that way. Here, I paired it a pair of silver Rubi flats and a plastic straw bag I got from Bangkok. Minimal accessories needed here if you don't want to over-cute-sify this.

For me, I like the navy blue dress with red monogrammed hearts, accented with red heart buttons. I like the fact that there are two pockets in front of it and I can stick my hands in there for a rest. It is very comfortable and because it is short and sleeveless, I wore it for summers here. Till I felt I've outgrown it and now it is one of my summer peejays. Keeps me cool during summer nights when you don't sleep in aircon.

Today, Mayy...

How was your weekend been? I spent most of mine cooped up in the house, watching telly 45% of the time if I am not online... I know boring but I do need to recoup energy for uni on the weekdays. Also, I am not feeling at the peak of my health and emotionally either too. Looking through some of the photos I have and saw this one...

I took this photo a few years back because I wanted to capture the sense of peace I felt at that moment in time. How quiet Singapore was, how peaceful I felt with the stillness and being on the overhead bridge, I felt I was closer to the heavens.

Even to this day, I love being on a new overhead bridge without shelter in Singapore at night. I always feel peaceful there. And that's all I wish for at this moment. That after a tumultous few previous months, I will eventually find that clean ending I've been looking for and move on in peace and find peace.

Wise words from the ladies of Sex and the City. I don't know how true Samantha Jones' words are but Carrie's is something I think is subjective. Some friends like to talk about it and hopefully time heals it. Some don't, some simply get over it. Which kind are you? Either way, I hope you will find closure and your happiness.

Mayy's Closet #12

Hello, it is Monday! Are you part of the majority suffering from Monday blues every week? Well, I am usually looking forward to having something to do and going back to uni...though, it is abit much this semester. Anyhow, something to lift my spirits during my stats class right now...blogging. Photo credits: mayydiaries.blogspot.com
It is going to 33/34 degrees today but this morning when I went out of the house, the wind was blowing hard and cold. Brrrrrrrrrr. Sure do wish it remained like that through the day and I would have to do a wardrobe switch soon! All the coats and leggings and boots. Fun.

BACK to the photo, yet another pair of denim shorts which I got very long ago and I vaguely recall that I MIGHT have gotten it from FOS in Malaysia? It is comfortable though and of a thinner denim material than the Dotti one. It is back in Singapore now and I take it along to me for holidays on cruise or to Bangkok. I really bought it more for the fact that it could fit me and not restrict my thighs. It was a comfort buy!

The top is something a little more different. It is from Roxy girls, so yeah the kids/teens section again. I really like the shade of green and how the white pops against it. The hem of the top is also something different and I liked the crisscross detail on the back of it. I can't post a photo of the back details up because I've lost it and also given this top away so I can't take another one. I paired it with a cropped white cardigan even though it was such a hot January back then. Somehow I could take the heat then. Weird. I've had this top for ages and only really worn it 3/4 times. It looked brand new still when I decided to give it up.

The straw trilby hat is from Billabong, City Beach in Harbourtown. My cousin Celest bought it for me when she was here during a work trip and we went out shopping. I remember wearing it on the day I took this photo and the hat blew off the top of my head when I was walking in uni. Oops and slightly embarassing. Funny though!

I am obviously in a very random zzzzzzz mood right now. Brain is quite fried and I am feeling like I need to relax somehow. Food will be a comfort right now but I am glad I don't have any snacks at home at the moment. I mean there are if I want to, but nothing too convenient. Yes, I am such a bum.

Cute tiny disney biscuit sticks with dips. They are about the height of my fingers or shorter. I love teeny cute stuff.

Another teeny thing: Arnott's Tiny Teddies is one of my all time favourite snack. I get the little packs here in honey flavour! I can't stop. This one comes in little bear shaped packs with chocolate dips. I got it back in Singapore quite a long time back. They actually come in all kinds of bear facial expressions! This is my favourite, the sleepy one with his sleepcap on.

Photos credits: mayydiaries.blogspot.com
And this one is Yam Yam I got from Bangkok. Not the biscuit sticks but rainbow coloured balls. Comes with the cutest little spoon and you just get a spoonful of it and dip into the chocolate. Yums. No wonder I was a pudgy little kid when Mummy buys all these kind of snacks and stocks a whole big cupboard or drawer full of them!

Mayy's Closet #11

In keeping with the previous two posts about tie-dye and wedges, here's a recent outfit I wore on Friday for a day in uni.

I knew it was going to be sweltering so I thought I would wear a pair of shorts. I only really have 4 pairs of denim shorts in my wardrobe, 2 here and 2 in Singapore. I don't wear them often because I also can't find many that fit me. This particular cuffed denim shorts is from Dotti and were on sale in Harbourtown. It was during a shopping trip there in Dec 2010 with Charlene and she bought one too. I have been wearing this pair quite abit since I came back. That is quite extraordinary because I could go a whole summer or a year in Singapore without wearing denim shorts! The denim material for this one is actually really really thick and I like the dark denim.

I didn't want to wear flats or sandals that day as I just felt like something different, Hence, the wedges. I thought I look pretty good. Does lengthen my legs and not make me look short and stubby...

Photos credits: mayydiaries.blogspot.com
That is the top I have chosen to wear for the day. Now, this top is from Australia. It is from the brand Jeanswest and I got it in Melbourne about 5 years ago. I was alot younger then, and really liked this top (trying to act adult). After much convincing, Mummy got it for me. It wasn't cheap either from what I can recall. I wore it once for Chinese New Year and didn't wear it out again till Friday, March 2011. Yes, it set in my wardrobe for that long, shuttled in and out of Singapore but I never really got round to wearing it. I just thought it made me look fat. Maybe it still does but the time was right I guess. I did try it on for a few times but ended up storing back into the wardrobe, never making past the front door. But it finally got its turn!

I just really liked the tie-dye pink colour and the sequinned designs. Abit indian inspired I would say. Which suits me just fine, pile on the indian bangles! It is also made out of a really light and silky smooth material. So yay to finding a new (?) comfortable top in my closet, without having to spend money recently. Haha. Do you know it is also long enough to cover my ass and I can wear leggings with it? Yeah, well when I lose a few stones, I will. Until then, its pairing with denim shorts. I think I used to pair it with jeans or skirts which did nothing but to emphasize my hips further as this top kinda does already...

Shoestopper #23

Enough with my face, let's blog about shoes! This is a pair that I wore for the first time on Tuesday and subsequently, Friday and Saturday. Quite a feat (no pun intended), I must say. Especially for a pair of 4 inches wedges.

I remembered in Oct/Nov 2010 when I was shopping in Carousel's Rubi and saw this pair under the New Arrivals section. I first noticed the one in black colour and thought it looked really really chunky and sort of striked it off. However, my friend was looking and trying out shoes I THINK and I thought let's put this on for fun! And I did...turned out I really liked how it looked on me and yeahh. I didn't end up buying it that day as I couldn't justify the pricetag and having one more pair for shoes. So in Dec 2010, I was back in Rubi at Carousel and saw that this particular design went on sale! For AUD10, I could totally justify it! I only had the problem on deciding which colour to buy: black, camel or this one.

The cutting is actually at size 38 a little big for my feet. Not the best fit I must admit. I think that is also sort of why I put off wearing it in the beginning for fear it will hurt. The faux suede really does make the pair of shoes look more expensive and less hookerish, in my opinion. The cork wedges also really characterizes summer well and just goes with dresses and shorts wonderfully! I even wore it with my maxidress for dinner last night! It doesn't quite hurt but I cannot walk too well in it. I have put insoles in them which does help the problem. I was also initially afraid that it will look very chunky and ugly, but that did not translate into a reality when I wear it. Sure the wedges are abit thicker and so high, but it really is as dainty as it could be. It does its best as you can tell in the photos in my Closet posts.

Not a purchase I am regretting at all, but I do wish Australia carried size 37 for it for a better fit. My fats don't go to my feet, they head straight to the hips, thighs and bums. So no worries about my feet looking ugly but a slight problem for finding shoes that fit exactly well. OH ALRIGHT, not THAT big a problem given my shoe collection.

Do you have any pair of shoes that you did not fall in love at first sight but circumstances somehow brought you and it together?

Till my next shoe-stopping experience, Mayy xo

Mayy's Closet #10

I can't believe it is only the tenth post of my closet segment. Nevertheless, I shall make it a celebration of sorts with one of my favourite outfits that I have grown to love and own when I came to Perth. It is the bohemian tie-dyed maxiskirt I got from Jeanswest two years ago in Harbourtown. I remembered first trying them on and going, goodness that looks good and I really like it! Then I put on the second colour and fell in love more. I got abit upset because I didn't know which colour to get then. Just standing in front of the fitting room's mirror and asking Anna HOW?! Then, the salesgirl came and said oh that looks really good on you! And I was all thanks but I don't know which colour to get. To which she replied, well one is for AUD 19.95, but if you get two, it is two for AUD20. AND I WENT OKAYYY, thank you, solves all my problems. I got both! Who wouldn't?!

So here is a recent shot of me wearing the brown one which I have kept here in Perth. I usually pair it with a black plain fitted tee. As you can tell, a black racerback tee works too. The top here is from Temt and it cost me AUD9.95 from Harbourtown. It has a studded firework design down the front which is something different and less boring. Also, it is a top long enough to be a tank dress for a really skinny person! I just shortened it here with some cringes.

I like how the look is very relaxed and covers alot of my least favourite parts of the body, yet I can keep cool in the heat. It is also quite slimming I feel on my hips. I hope. I brought this maxiskirt here to Florence with me too. We went shopping and got me my first Ferragamo Varinas in it. Always a momentuous experience. Photos credits: mayydiaries.blogspot.com

That's the mint green colour-ed maxiskirt. Completely the same, just different colour. It is a slightly more cheery colour so I was able to match it with black, brown, white teeshirts.

Even with the Ripcurl butterfly tee featured in Prints Two, for a more feminine and girly look. I have since brought this one back to Singapore and gifted it to my cousin Clara who I trust will love it as much or more than I did. I must learn to be less of a hoarder! Anyhow, with basic plain-coloured tees, you can dress it up with layering of long necklaces. A pair of sandals of ballet pumps and you are off to colour the world!
